Design & Drafting

We prepare designs and concept plans, and supply full sets of architectural and engineering drawings to guide your construction project.

Engineering Reports

Prior to construction, we review your plans and drawings to ensure your building or civil works are designed to be safe and up to the standard of the Vanuatu Building Code and specialist requirements.

Geotechnical Investigations

We provide specialist investigations to find out sub-surface physical properties of soil prior to construction, including a Dynamic Cone Penetration (DCP) test. Our recommendations for footing designs are based on these findings.

Cost Review & Cost Estimations

We supply construction cost estimates to give you a ballpark figure of your total project costs. This service is popular with clients who are planning to apply for bank finance for building projects.

Engineering Administration

Our comprehensive engineering administration services includes: assisting clients with management of design and construction projects, writing up scope of works for potential contractors, preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, preparing contract documents, administrating contracts throughout construction, resolving disputes and conflicts, processing payments and tracking project budget.

Building Cyclone Certification

Our inspections check buildings meet Building Codes and Standards and comply with Insurance Company regulations and requirements. A cyclone certificate rates a building against the wind load it can withstand.

Construction Supervision

Our on-site supervision services include supervising works and checking construction follows drawings and standards.

Project Management

We manage construction projects to ensure projects remain within budget and are completed on-time. This includes supervising works, quality checks, tracking progress against budget, releasing funds based on progress and other administrative activities.
